Floorplans

Values That Matter™ floorplans have been created for the exclusive use of participating builders. They are new plans, designed to meet the specific requirements and standards of the Values That Matter™ program.

The conceptual plan collection is sensitive to builder needs. The plans are grouped in three categories: ranch, two story master down, and two story master up. Within each category there is a collection of eight to fifteen plans. The square footage range within each category is approximately 40%. This provides size and price choices to different homebuyers within boundaries that are acceptable to both the low and high ends of the range.
